Yes. You can upgrade or cancel your plan whenever you want. When upgrading, you only pay the proportional difference. When cancelling, you keep access until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my QRs if I downgrade?
Your QRs will keep working, but you won't be able to create new ones if you exceed the lower plan's limit. Pro features (analytics, social networks) will be deactivated.

How does annual billing work?
